Tuesday, March 09, 2004 ::: i can conclude my day by saying that it's been a day filled with disgusting events first we did the cement mix for the photo shoot thingy for friday we got buckets cement sand some stones mixed them all together in a bucket by using my HAND (with a glove of course) so it's like mixing a bucket of white stuff with sand and stone and mind you, there should be some cockroaches debris too inside the mixture cuz the sand and stones are collected from the construction site... a few cockroaches managed to escape (who later got killed by anson by the way) but there must be some more who were just as unlucky and my glove broke which was expected anyway the thought of mixing something together with cockroaches debris is far more disgusting than Anatomy dissection practical, no kidding then on my way home while i was waiting for the minibus there was this couple lining up in front of me the gal - with an appearance of 30 years old but the voice + tone of a 3 year old when she speaks she's simply repeating every single word once like for 'coin', she says 'coin coin' (in cantonese of course... nobody does that in english, only HK people pick up this weird habit. it's ok for a young lady to do that, but for a 30-ish looking gal... that's just too much for me) the disgusting journey didn't stop there during the ride M Channel was showing the 'Pipsqueak' show which i find kinda insulting... why do they have to show all passengers a retarded cartoon 'educating' us the importance of conserving the environment and how to play sports? like we don't know what 'tennis' is (oh, they remind us 'tennis' is a healthy sport!) and we aren't aware that 'When you wear fur, you're actually killing an animal!!" wow, new discovery, i like that (and I don't really think this cartoon is made for kids by the way, it's really for educating adults. because how many kids would wear fur anyway?) then, the most disgusting part... the promo music video for Gareth Gates! damn it's 3 minutes of close-ups of Mr. Gates and the wide gap between his front teeth can nicely accomodate a chopstick I guess yet they're still doing frequent close-ups and his eyes... like he's begging you to like him i just can't stand that and then the other scene... which shows him performing at a (fake) outdoor concert guess what they're actually filming fans crying (who get paid for doing this I'm sure) Fan A cries then Fan B then Fan C all crying because the song is about to end believe me, at that very moment i really wanted to burst into tears too not to mention i almost had to regurgitate luckily I had my last meal 8 hours ago *** during spanish lesson learn new vocabs - el nino and la nina after learning their real meanings i couldn't help wondering why they name the 2 natural phenomenon as El Nino and La Nina which is really stupid by the way several years ago when I was searching the net for info on the El Nino and La Nina phenomenon i typed lanina.com on the address bar believing that it'll get me to website with everything i need to know about the La Nina phenomenon yet after a few seconds... i was actually brought to a porn site now i finally know why. - -""" ::: posted by Wings at 3/09/2004 03:55:00 AM
